Job Summary:
The Program Officer plays a key role in supporting the planning, coordination, and implementation of program activities. They assist in executing work plans, monitoring progress, and ensuring that program goals are achieved effectively and on time. The Program Officer liaises with partners and beneficiaries, collects data for reporting and evaluation, and supports the administrative and logistical aspects of the program. This role requires strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement detailed project plans, including scope, goals, and deliverables, required resources, budgets and timing.
• Coordinate with project staff and relevant team members.
• Ensure that all project is delivered on time, within the scope, and within budget.
• Lead, Coach, and motivate project team members on a proactive basis.
• Ensure team members have a clear understanding of their roles and responsibilities.
• Identify and manage project risk, issues, and changes to project scope.
• Develop contingency plans to mitigate risk and address issues.
• Facilitate regular project status meeting and prepare stats reports for stakeholders.
• Ensure effective communication within the project team and with external stakeholders.
• Implement and manage project changes and intervention to achieve project outputs.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to determine the success and areas for improvement.
• Manage relationships with project stakeholder, including clients, and team members.
• Ensure stakeholder satisfaction and manage their expectation.
• Develop and manage project budgets.
• Track project costs and ensure adherence to budget constraints.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

The Micro Business Management Trainer is responsible for designing and delivering training programs that help entrepreneurs and small business owners improve their business management skills. This includes providing education on financial management, marketing, operations, and strategic planning for micro-businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide basic training on business planning and goal setting
• Basic training on saving and investment and encourage trainees to establish their saving group committee.
• Develop and deliver training programs tailored to the needs of micro-business owners, focusing on key business management areas such as finance, marketing, operations, customer service, and human resources.
• Assess the learning needs of participants and adapt training content accordingly to ensure effectiveness.
• Provide practical tools, templates, and resources that business owners can implement in their daily operations.
• Monitor the progress of participants and provide ongoing support to ensure the application of learned concepts.
• Evaluate the success of training programs.
Job Requirements:
