On March 11, 2026, in New York City, the Women’s Capacity Building and Development Organization (WCBDO) also held a meeting with the International Women’s Peace Group (IWPG).

The Women’s Capacity Building and Development Organization (WCBDO) has been collaborating and volunteering with the International Women’s Peace Group (IWPG) network for more than three years.

The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the role of our organizations within IWPG and to strengthen cooperation and support for Afghan girls and women, both in Afghanistan and Canada.

At the end of the meeting, we prepared a joint peace message. During the meeting, we also shared messages of peace, as peace is one of the most important and essential needs in the world today.
