Since 2021, the Women’s Capacity Building and Development Organization has been implementing an innovative initiative called Home-Based Educational Classes in Districts 4th and 7th of Kabul, with the aim of promoting girls’ education and empowerment.
This initiative was developed in response to the structural and societal obstacles that hinder girls’ access to formal education. It provides safe, accessible, and consistent learning environments, where students from grades 7 to 10 receive regular instruction within community homes. Through this approach, the organization aims to enhance academic competencies and support the personal and social development of girls. The program has made a notable impact by maintaining educational continuity, increasing student motivation, and advancing equal opportunities for learning.
